GRC/CRW’s years of experience working side by side has created an understanding of the construction means and methods to reduce cost for our clients. Once the scope of work is defined, the design team will develop innovative and economic solutions, leading to faster construction and reduced costs. Throughout each phase of design and construction our team focuses on our client’s needs until you are satisfied and completely comprehend the end results.
GRC Construction employs over 35 experienced professionals. Our staff has attained Associate or Bachelor degrees in Design / Construction, Electrical Engineering, and Construction Management. Construction Licenses are registered in the states of Tennessee, Virginia, South Carolina, North Carolina, and Texas.
GRC Civil Services employs 15 experienced professionals who perform all aspects of site and infrastructure work. Since the addition of the Civil Services department in 2019, team members have completed projects for TDOT, City of Kingsport, and City of Johnson City. By adding Civil Services to the GRC team, we have broadened our capabilities and enhanced our Design Build talents.
CainRashWest Architects employs over ten Architects and Designers. The design team consists of a licensed Civil Engineer along with eight licensed Architects registered in the states of Tennessee, Virginia, North Carolina, and Texas. Our Interior Designer is and associate member of the IIDA. We also have staff members who are LEED certified.
Affiliations:
American General Contractors of America, American Institute of Architects, Construction Specifications Institute, International Code Council, U.S. Green Building Council, and National Fire Protection Association.
Safety:
Employees receive yearly training for Drug Awareness, First Aid, AED-Adult, and Adult CPR. We maintain certifications for CDL, CIC, Level 1 TDEC, OSHA training, lift operations, and AWS D1.1. Experience mod rate is available upon request.
