The project completely renovated an existing 15,807 SF Grocery with a new 11,898 SF addition to provide for Adult Day Care, Pre- School Day Care, Exercise Areas and a Basketball Court. The facility also included Administrative Offices, a two story Lobby and Vestibule, Kitchen, Locker and Shower Areas.
