OBJECTIVES:

•Document the condition of each station building envelop, structure, electrical, and mechanical systems.
•Evaluate the functional completeness of each station and document the disparities.
•Develop construction budgets to bring each station into physical restoration, energy efficiency and functional parity between each station.
•Understand from Fire Department Staff the needed functional additions and expansions.
•Develop construction budgets and schedules for the proposed additions and expansions.

DELIVERABLES:

•Scan all existing documents from 1929 to the most recent construction and provide a controlled archive.
•Provide a written report for issues that need to be addressed in the stations and a construction budget for those items.
•Develop schematic floor and site plans to illustrate improvements and additions with the corresponding construction budgets.
•Provide a hypothetical timeline for the improvements and additions based on established priorities.

•The potential for an additional station.
•Recognizing the historical significance of Station No. 2.
•Evaluate the Administrative location and function.
