The idea of GRC Civil Services was first discussed in an impromptu meeting between Todd Johnson, Mike Horton and Pat Breeding.  A few months later on September 23, 2019, the vision became reality when Todd Johnson and Mike Horton joined the GRC Family to be the first two members of Civil Services.

In May of 2021, GRC Civil Services, Inc. was born as a new corporation.  It became the third part of the GRC/CRW Family.

GRC Civil Services, Inc. continues to perform infrastructure work for municipalities, industry, and government.  

Current team members that manage day to day operations and are stockholders include Todd Johnson, Mike Horton, Pat Breeding, Dineen West, and Tim Lorimer.
