President
Mr. Breeding brings 36 years of experience to his role as President of GRC Construction. His broad experience spans commercial, healthcare, ecclesiastical and hospitality projects. He maintains general contractor licenses in Tennessee and North Carolina. He has earned a Bachelor of Science Degree-Construction Engineering Technology at East Tennessee State University. He is Former President of the AGC of TN-Tri-Cities Branch, Member of the Kingsport Chamber of Commerce and on the Board of Directors for the YMCA of Greater Kingsport. As President, he is involved in the daily operations of construction management to assist in ensuring projects are completed per specifications, on time, safely and within budget. Mr. Breeding has worked on numerous projects with the Design-Build delivery method.

Mr. Lorimer is a seasoned professional with expertise in commercial, healthcare, ecclesiastical, and hospitality projects. Holding an Associate Degree in Applied Sciences/Drafting and Design, he actively contributes to the company's growth as the General Contractor Director for the AGC of TN-Tri-Cities Branch. In his VP role, Tim oversees pre-construction services, demonstrating strategic decision-making and collaborative leadership. His extensive experience and community engagement, including work with the Kingsport Regional Planning Commission, reflect a commitment to excellence and sustainable development. Having risen through the ranks from reprographics to VP, Tim now leads GRC Construction's Estimating department and preconstruction services.
ANDREW JONES

Mr. Jones has earned a Bachelor Degree of Science in Construction Engineering Technology for East Tennessee State University. While also earning an Associate of Applied Science Degree from Northeast State Technical Community College. He is an contributing member of the Construction Management Association , Kingsport Tennessee Chamber of Commerce, and LEED Green Associate. Andrew performs regular safety inspections on all projects to ensure that the safety procedures and systems as well as the environmental controls are being implemented and maintained throughout the course of the project.
TRAVIS WHITE

Mr. White is a dedicated professional who has achieved significant milestones in his career. He obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Science and Technology with a concentration in Construction from East Tennessee State University. Mr. White currently holds the position of Manager of Pre-construction Services. In this role, he assumes the crucial responsibility of aligning the owner’s expectations with design and estimating aspects of projects. Mr. White collaborates closely with the all project participants to ensure a seamless transition from the design phase to the construction phase.
