Mrs. West joined the firm in 1995 and has over 35 years’ experience. Registrations are maintained in TN, VA and NC. Dineen is actively involved in project development and management over a wide range of corporate, educational, retail, institutional, hospitality, and healthcare projects. Dineen has traveled and studied in 18 countries in Europe and Asia to broaden her awareness and understanding of architecture.

Mrs. West formerly served on the United Way Campaign Board and currently serves on the Hands On! Museum Board, where she previously held the position of Chairman. Additionally, she is the current Vice President of the Kingsport Historic Zoning Board.

tim hammond

SENIOR vice president

Mr. Hammond joined with CRW in 1992 and has over 35 years’ experience. Tim is an associate member of the American Society of Healthcare Engineering. He is actively involved in all phases of project design, development and management. His experience includes educational, commercial, community, hospitality, ecclesiastical, healthcare and assisted living facilities. Tim is an associate member of both ASHE and the Tennessee Hospital Engineer’s Association.

CLINTON ROBERTS

vice president

Mr. Roberts joined the firm in 2014 and has over 10 years of architectural experience. Prior to joining CRW, he worked for an architectural forensics consulting firm in Greenville, SC. Clinton holds a Bachelor of Architecture Degree from the University of Tennessee in 2012. His educational experience includes a semester with the University of Arkansas Rome Center program in Rome, Italy with a focus on the preservation of historic buildings. He is a licensed architect in the State of Tennessee and a member of the American Institute of Architects. Clinton is actively involved in all phases of project design, development, and management. He has also earned his LEED Green Associate from the Green Building Certification Institute.

BEN JENKINS

vice president

Mr. Jenkins is a highly skilled and accomplished Professional Engineer with 13 years of design experience in civil engineering across multiple states. Specializing in hydrologic design, construction quality assurance and control (QA/QC), internal assurance and verification (IA/IV), plan review, contract administration, and document control, he has made valuable contributions to various projects throughout his career. Currently, Mr. Jenkins is actively engaged in site design and permitting for commercial construction projects, excelling in tasks such as grading, utilities, erosion control, and stormwater management. With a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech in 2006 and an active member of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) in Southwest VA and East TN, he brings a comprehensive skill set and dedication to delivering high-quality projects. Mr. Jenkins’ proficiency in coordinating with stakeholders, clients, and local authorities, combined with his excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enables seamless project execution and fosters positive working relationships.
