Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation.

Manage a team of workers, including work schedules, project progress and resource allocation.

Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors

Assist Project Manager in creating and maintaining project schedules including critical path and milestones

Assist Project Manager with subcontractor/labor performance, quality control, and schedule coordination

Interface with project inspectors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients

Maintain high standards of workmanship

Maintain Daily Logs

Coordinate materials and equipment delivery with vendors and suppliers

Make changes in the operation as necessary to best meet construction deadlines

Implement management techniques that are cost-effective and efficient

Maintain a safe work environment and enforce company safety policies

Requirements:

3-5 years verifiable experience as a construction superintendent, including supervision of employees.

Proficient in taking and uploading digital photographs.

Ability to interpret and build according to drawings, specifications, and other documents.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Must dress appropriately for the position including required PPE

Recommended Skills:

Experience using Procore Construction Software

Experience operating construction equipment

Education/Experience Level:

3-5 years of experience as construction superintendent

High School Diploma or Equivalent
