With an emphasis on Career Technical Education (CTE) this new 2-story brick veneer facility with approximately 282,000 SF, in Sullivan County is located on a 112-acre site in Blountville, TN. The 1700 student high school CTE program is showcased with the Health Occupations Students of America (HOSA) programs parallel to the front entry and Robotics highly visible after passing through the main entry.

Other CTE spaces such as welding and Auto Tech are housed in the rear of the facility to allow for garage bays. To minimize site impact, the activities portion of the main building will integrate with the existing topography; it will have an estimated 4’ higher finish floor elevation than the finish floor of the academic wing.
