The owner provided the kitchen equipment, furniture, decor, drive-thru elements, and signage package. The furniture arrived about two weeks early, which helped streamline some processes. Overall, it was a very successful project, but it required significant effort to maintain the profit margin. The grading involved a planned undercut and replacement, while all other site work was completed by our team.
