Construction of a new building for GSM Filtration with a production area and offices. Consists of a 25,000 SF pre-enginereed metal building inlcuding 5500sf of office space. Project included site grading, storm & utilites, foundations & dock walls, 6" slab, exterior concrete, heavy duty asphalt paving, landscaping, wood framed walls, insulation & sheetrock, interior office glass partitions, LVT flooring, painting, acoustical ceilings, fire supression, plumbing, gas & electric heat, power, LED lighting. Building was designed for 25,000 SF expansion. Job Cost includes A&E Fees
