Ballad Health's Infusion Therapy Center expansion, located on the Campus of Indian Path Medical Center, brought 47 new infusion bays, 5 equipped with privacy curtains, and each equipped with medical gas, and individual casework units. Two additional nursing stations were added to improve patient experiences and quality of care for those needing monitoring. A new physician suite was also added and located conveniently next to consultation rooms. The tenant fit-up features a large waiting room with refreshment station, check-in/reception area, two separate sub-waiting areas for improved turnaround time, 27 Consultation rooms with the majority being existing rooms provided with new lighting, finishes, and upgraded electrical and data. Dedicated spaces were designed for physician work areas, a staff lounge, port room, and a lab with blood draw and soiled workroom. This project consisted of 26,274 square feet on the first floor of Building 2202.
