The shell design involved the old Kingsport Mall site and adapted a portion of the old structure along with new construction for a 248,553 SF arrangement with eighteen leased spaces. A detached second building provided four spaces in 16,735 SF. Two standalone outparcels provided 6,840 SF and 5,697 SF. Assisting the owner with timely leasable space, the project utilized a phased construction from the north to the south. Build out services implemented major tenant standards for McAlister's, Hobby Lobby, Office Depot, Rack Room Shoes, Pier 1 Imports, Ross, Goody's and T J Maxx.
