This project involved a buildout of tenant space for Comprehensive Breast Center. The facility included a waiting room, check-in/out, administrative offices, sub-waiting area with dressing, mammography, ultrasound, dexa, reading room, break room, restrooms and tech offices. Many of the spaces required dual access for separation of patient genders, so their were dual corridors. The client hopes to add an additional ultrasound, mammography and MRI in a future expansion.

Comprehensive Breast Center of Kingsport is a 5,012 sf state of the art women’s imaging facility. The facility includes a waiting room, check-in/out, administrative offices, spa like sub-waiting area with dressing rooms, mammography, Ultrasound, DEXA, reading room, and staff support spaces.
